How do I pay my team members internationally?

TBS handles all international payments, ensuring seamless transactions. You simply pay a fixed invoice, and we take care of the rest, including salaries, benefits, and compliance.

You have full control over the hiring process. We provide a curated list of pre-screened candidates, and you decide who best fits your team.

You can start with as few as five team member. Whether you’re scaling gradually or building a large team, we adapt to your needs.

Once you’ve selected your candidates, they can typically start within  2 weeks, depending on onboarding requirements.

Our talent pool includes highly proficient English speakers, many of whom are graduates from accredited U.S. universities and have prior experience in English-speaking environments.

Team members generally use their own equipment, but if your company requires specific tools or software, we can help facilitate setup.

If a hire isn’t the right fit, we offer replacement candidates to ensure you always have the right team in place.
