Job Responsibilities:
As a Commission-Based Recruiter, you will be responsible for:
*Sourcing and identifying top-tier candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking).
*Screening, interviewing, and qualifying candidates to ensure they meet client requirements.
*Managing the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing to offer acceptance and onboarding.
*Building strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide customized recruitment solutions.
*Negotiating job offers and ensuring a smooth hiring process for both clients and candidates.
*Maintaining candidate pipelines for future job openings and ensuring consistent engagement.
*Using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools to organize and track recruitment activities.
*Keeping up with industry trends and best recruitment practices to improve hiring strategies.

Who We’re Looking For:
✔ U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder).
✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or sales.
✔ Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in various industries.
✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills—you know how to engage candidates and close deals.
✔ Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
✔ Strong networking abilities and ability to build long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
✔ Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
Compensation & Payment Model:
Commission-Based Structure
- Recruiters earn 10–20% of the hiring fee per successful placement.
- Example: If the hiring fee is $5,000 per candidate, you earn between $500–$1,000 per hire.
- No fixed salary, but unlimited earning potential based on your placements.
Additional Compensation Options:
- Revenue-Sharing Model: Earn a percentage of company profits after six months of consistent performance.
- Freelance or Contract Work: Option to take on temporary recruitment projects and get paid per hire.
- Equity Model for Senior Recruiters: Opportunity to gain equity in the company after proving long-term value.
