Job description

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our team in providing exceptional service to our customer base. In addition to dealing directly with customers, the Customer Service Executive will play a key role in supporting our GB Sales team with various administrative duties. The role would suit a recent graduate who is keen to gain business experience within the construction sector.

Responsibilities
The following reflect the main tasks associated with the position and are not intended to be exclusive or exhaustive.
Answer incoming calls and emails in a professional manner.
Process orders accurately and efficiently.
Update internal IT systems to reflect customer orders (full training provided).
Provide administrative support to GB sales team.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills

The applicant should be proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
The applicant should have the ability to work well with others and independently.
Good communication skills when using phone and email as a means of communication with customers.
